In general, we will happily accept returned merchandise purchased at our ONLINE store. Items purchased in store cannot be returned to a fulfilment center. Items purchased in store and shipped to any warehouse location cannot be returned and sender will not be issued a credit or refund.

Item must be returned in original condition and in original packaging including any paperwork, manuals or accessories. Items that are returned defaced or damaged will not be eligible for a refund or return.

Except for Special Restrictions stated below, you must have an original receipt dated within 14 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. All refunds will be made to the original form of payment.

There are special return restrictions on electrical items, shears, hair, clipper blades, body jewelry, ear piercing and piercing implements, promotional items, free items, and equipment. See below for more details.

Special Restrictions

  1. Electrical items and shears:
    • May be returned for refund or exchange with an original receipt only, and dated within 14 days of purchase.
    • Without a receipt, we do not offer a return— after 60 days, if product is defective, the customer must contact the manufacturer directly to take advantage of their warranty.
  2. Synthetic and human hair, clipper and other blades, body jewelry, ear piercing and piercing implements and fashion earrings:
    • ALL SALES FINAL, and cannot be returned for any reason.
  3. Promotional and free items:
    • Promotional items and free items must be returned with the merchandise it was offered with in order for an exchange or refund to be processed. In addition, promotional and free items are non-returnable by themselves.
    • Example: Purchase a blowdryer and get an item free—the free item will not be refunded for any reason. In addition, if the purchased item—in this example the blowdryer—is returned for a refund, the free must be returned as well.
    • Example: Purchase a blowdryer and get a free bag—the bag will not be refunded or exchanged for any reason.
  4. Equipment:
    • A customer has 14 days from the date of purchase to return or exchange regular merchandise—a receipt is required.
    • There is a 20% restocking fee on all returned merchandise. Email us at returns@jenniferbeautysupply.com  for more information.
    • If a return is authorized, the invoice and the original packaging (that the order arrived in) are required to ship the merchandise back.
    • Return shipping costs are at the expense of the customer.
    • For health and safety reasons, special restrictions apply on some items, such as foot spas, skincare equipment, etc.
  5. Gift Cards:
    • Not returnable or refundable for cash, except in states where required by law.
    • Not replaceable if lost or stolen.

 

Online orders where PayPal was used as the form of payment, must be returned to the eComm warehouse

  • Item must be returned in original condition and in original packaging including any paperwork, manuals or accessories. Items that are returned defaced or damaged will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
  • We cannot accept COD’s for returned merchandise.
  • In the case of shipping damages please contact the carrier or our customer service department.
  • Credit will always be issued to the same card to which they were charged.
  • Do not return items to SallyBeauty.com by Air Mail – The U.S. Department of Transportation restricts air shipment of hazardous materials items that could contribute to a fire or other mishap on board an aircraft. 
  • Original shipping fees will be refunded only if the item was shipped incorrectly, damaged or defective and it is the only item on the order.
  • Due to health and hygiene concerns, no exchanges on hair extensions can be accepted for any reason.

3. Please allow 3-7 Business Days after Return Goods have been delivered to be refunded. 

Retain your tracking number as we will be unable to refund or replace your order without proof of delivery. Please allow 5-7 business days after your package has been delivered for return to be processed. This link cannot be used to return furniture or equipment items or items purchased in store. Merchandise shipped to the fulfillment center not purchased online cannot be returned to sender and sender will not be issued a refund or credit.
